Sadhguru Unveils Image of Adiyogi

Sadhguru unveils the image of the Adiyogi on the auspicious occasion of Guru Pournami, at the Isha Yoga Center in India. In the Eastern tradition, Shiva is known as the “Adiyogi” or the “first yogi” for mastering the science of yoga and imparting it to his seven disciples. In Sadhguru's words, yoga is a method where, if one strives, one can transcend all of his current limitations.

The 21-foot image of the Adiyogi will be transported to the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences in Tennessee. The image will be an inspiration for those longing to take self-transformation into their own hands.
